Herts County Initiatives

During lockdown Hertfordshire County Rugby put on series of Zoom sessions for coaches with a focus on how top best return to rugby coaching post lockdown. Moving into the season we are now looking at being able to deliver face to face events/coach development sessions to enhance coaches ability to 'coach'. The Coach-Parent or just Parent

Being a parent who coaches can be a challenging task and so can just being a parent of a youth rugby player. We recognise that parent and coach behaviour at matches, training and away from the pitch has a huge impact on our players enjoyment.
